A delegation from the Iranian Energy Ministry will visit Moscow on Nov. 28, the Russian Information Agency said on Monday, quoting the Iranian embassy in Moscow.
 
The visit comes ahead of the OPEC meeting and non-OPEC producers scheduled for Vienna on Dec. 6. The Russian Energy Ministry declined to comment on the Iranian delegation's visit.
