Since the beginning of the year until October, the General Establishment for Free Zones has achieved revenues of SYP 3.3 billion.

 

The value of goods entering the free zones reached 50.5 billion Syrian pounds during the first ten months of this year, while the value of goods exported amounted to 39.5 billion pounds, according to a report issued by SANA.

 

The report pointed out that the capital invested in the Syrian free zones amounted to 750 million dollars, which belong to 1038 investors working at their establishments 6151 workers, pointing out that the value of customs duties achieved during the period mentioned 4.5 million dollars
